Outlaws, Rebels and Tigers start 2019 season with big wins

Bathurst Bushrangers Outlaws have started the season with a bang, overcoming a spirited Cowra in round 1 of the 2019 AFL Central West Senior Men’s Competition. Cameron Richards kicked 5 and Adrian Hickey was best on ground as the Outlaws ran away to a 128 point win. Frank Bright was named best player in Cowra’s return to the senior men’s competition.

Bathurst Bushrangers Rebels defeated the Dubbo Demons in a tightly-contested affair with Matthew Archer kicking 7 in a best on ground performance for the Rebels while Bevan Charlton-White kicked 6 for the Demons.

Meanwhile in Parkes, Orange Tigers started their premiership defence in style with a 75 point victory over Parkes Panthers. Sandan Welisara kicked 4 in a dominant all round display whilst James Ellis was best for the Panthers.
