2021 will see the introduction of the AFL Central West Kickability program.
Clubs are on the lookout for children with disabilities who are highly mobile to play Australian football. The program will be focused on but not limited to participants with intellectual disabilities, Male or Female between the ages of 9-17.

AFL Central West is open to hearing from everyone with a disability. If your disability is not listed above, please reach out to casey.white@afl.com.au to discuss. Children with various other physical and intellectual impairments are welcome to be a part of the program.
With a focus on fun and skills development, the AFL Central West Kickability Program will look to provide junior participants with an opportunity to play Australian Football with their peers in a safe and inclusive environment. The Program will begin with participants joining a club and becoming part of a team in their local area with a focus to play games at the end of the year.
As the AFL NSW/ACT Rams Inclusion side is going from strength to strength in the National AFL Inclusion Carnival, the program will also look to provide a talent pathway for the younger generation of Australian Football players with an intellectual disability.
